Through this artwork, I have tried to portray the disparity between City and Countryside. Cities may be more developed, but they lack the peace and serenity of the countryside. While the skyscrapers stand high in polluted/smoggy air, low rise farmlands are spectators of sky filled with gallant clouds A place similar to my artwork exists near my house. The countryside is so quiet and peaceful, that whenever I travel there from city, my troubles fade away in the beauty of endless pastured land, shining bright even during sunset. Through this painting, I want on-lookers to peep into my thoughts, and understand that there is a fine line between commotion and stability; represented by a road between the city and countryside; And, to escape toxicity, all one needs to do is to cross the road.
