Bodies lay scattered on the ground where they had fallen, twisted and broken. The Cyberpunks had had their victory, destroying the Viking clan and ensuring that none would survive. They had long since left the battlefield, leaving corpses to rot. The ravens had sat on the branches of the Grantree waiting for an opportunity to gain some spoils of war. An adventurous bird took flight and landed beside one of the bodies, an ugly brute of a man. It hopped gently onto his bloody face. Suddenly, a light from the Grantree shone across the battlefield. The raven took off in fright as the man opened his eyes and stood up. The man looked around and saw that his comrades had risen up too, each held a strange look in their eyes. He, like they, wanted revenge. Meet “The Vikings” an ancient clan granted immortality from the Grantree. A warrior race, they are hellbent on exacting their revenge on their sworn enemies, the Cyberpunks.
