Here's something about mental health, maybe we are too late to know this or realize this or feel this or live this, but it matters and how. Since a couple of years, not just because of facing anything drastic but living through my own emotions, trying to understand empathy, being humble and kind, it made me realize that nothing can work better than setting boundaries around ourselves and protecting our vibe. It hits different when the happiness that you were looking for has always been around but was attempted to be found in temporary moments and achievements. It has been probably more than half a decade that I've become a strong advocate of mental health, I have become aware of my own energy, thoughts, words and actions. The more I dive within, the more I understand that all of us have always been on different timelines, soul timelines that is and we have a whole lot of different actions and experiences to face. Just one life might never do justice to everything that we carry within. It's good to see that in the last decade we have seen more and more souls being vocal about mental health as much as they are about physical health. This still feels like the beginning because we finally understand and try to practice a balance that we have always wanted to enjoy. It stays with you when it stays with you. It begins with you. It never ends. The only truth. We only transform and teleport. We are limitless like the sun and moon and the earth that keeps reproducing everything just for it to be better every single time. This is our truth. This is what we must consider. This is all we should value. #MentalHealthMatters
