Anger boils up and takes control. Arguments, plots, battles and wars, started over anger taking over. From smashing physical property to breaking relationships, anger can destroy. In the end anger is a witnessing of your memory of how you want something to have happened, and a stubborn attachment to it not having happened the way you want it. Whether it is behaviour or thoughts, yours or anothers, it is always a stubborn attachment to the need to control something that is done and is over and can never be controlled by one in the end.
