This piece is in collaboration with @adrimukund The Hungry Human is a project of 100 unique Photo for Profile NFTs. Each piece has been designed individually by @Abhishapes. For every NFT purchased, the first collector gets the corresponding NFT as a gift of gratitude. (Will be transferred within 24 hours of purchase) As we look forward to the next stage of human evolution, i.e the ‘MetaAge’, let’s take a step back and ponder over the fact that in India alone, there are millions and millions who don’t have access to 2 meals a day...let alone a device and internet!!! This gift is being given to you in good faith, hoping that you will use 25% of the NFT price towards feeding a ‘Hungry Human’...That could be done in your own locality...outside your local temple, church or mosque...I don’t need receipts or proof...I do this in good will and faith :) Just try and donate 25%. I truly hope this chain of giving is kept alive by every owner of an ‘Hungry Human’ NFT The First Collector can request for optimized mobile wallpapers and transparent png formats of their NFTs by connecting on twitter or Instagram The Collector can choose to receive a set of 4 physical stickers of the NFT Adri's Take: Here Adri tries to bring in his pattern art and minimalist approach towards the Hungry Human. Now when we take a closer look at this piece, we get to see a lot of dot-based patterns these have different meanings on where it is located, on the body, it shows a torn and ripped baniyan cloth (usually seen worn by the homeless), the dot-based pattern in the mouth shows how deep the hunger can go (it adds an effect that widens the eye) and the same dot-based pattern on the eyes shows the sleepless nights this human had to go through as he was in pain from starvation. The pattern of the same human behind, which isn't much visible, shows that this isn't just one person's story, rather the voices of a hundred others as well. The wire-like pattern behind the Human and in front of the Human pattern shows the ribcage of the same Human (wanted to bring in the visual imagery of a starving human). . Adri calls this piece - "The Stifled Lot"
